KFC, part of the international "Yum!" group, retained Stuff International Design Ltd in 2011 to redesign a new and innovative modular format for their Fox iii concept restaurants for a franchise upgrade throughout the UK.
The aim was to create mood zones to appeal to different customer requirements on the day of their visit, attracting both young and older people at the same time.
The first upgrade was installed in Andover and is currently being rolled out across 120 of their other restaurants in the UK and possibly into the US.
