In the centre of Yekaterinburg, Stuff International Design Ltd is working for Atomstroy (one of the largest developer construction companies in the Russian Urals) on the planning of a mixed use development, including residential and retail, backing onto a large public park.

The challenge is to connect the commercial activities along a busy arterial road with the very beautiful park area at the back.  Here we are using the influence of the terraced houses and shop parades found in all major cities in the UK to create a human scale development.
